The Illawarra & South Coast Tenants Service (ISCTAAS) provides FREE information, advice & advocacy to private and public tenants and people whose principal place of residence is in a residential park.
We DO NOT provide advice to landlords.
ISCTAAS services the Wollongong, Shellharbour, Kiama, Wingecarribee, Shoalhaven, Eurobodalla, and Bega Valley areas.

ISCTAAS can provide advice about your rights and responsibilities as a tenant and permanent park resident and assist in disputes with your landlord, community-housing provider, real estate agent, or park owner/manager.
ISCTAAS can also provide help with applications and hearings in the Consumer, Trader & Tenancy Tribunal.

General rights & responsibilities
This session outlines the main rights and responsibilities of both tenants and landlords. Target audience: both workers and tenants.
The Consumer, Trader and Tenancy Tribunal
Information on using the Tenancy Division of the Tribunal including how it works, applications, hearings and evidence. Target audience: tenants and workers.
Tenant Databases
Information about the use of tenant databases in NSW including when tenants can be listed and what they can do about inaccurate or unlawful listings. Target audience: workers.
Residential parks
A range of sessions can be provided focusing on specific issues or covering the main rights and responsibilities of residents and park owners. Target audience: park residents.
